Leaders in Training (LIT) is currently revamping our Postsecondary and Alumni Programs to better serve our growing network of college, career, and community leaders. This next-generation model will continue to provide mentorship, leadership development, and career readiness support — from college entry through early career and into lifelong leadership.
Our reimagined Postsecondary & Alumni experience will focus on:
Expanding coaching and professional networking opportunities
Strengthening workforce and alumni engagement initiatives
Creating opportunities for alumni to lead, serve, and give back
Launching new leadership development programs designed for postsecondary and career success

LIT members attend: UNR, UNLV, NSC, CSN, CSU Northridge, University of Washington at Tacoma, Clark Atlanta, University of Michigan, Fullerton College, Reed College, University of San Diego, Boston University, USC, Xavier University in Louisiana, Grinnell College and serve in the United State Navy and as Emergency Medical Technicians. Students in trade school or certificate programs are on-track to complete programs by Spring 2021.
